Culminating in a celebration, Optus will be hosting a Community Event with shortlisted entrants, at Hop Temple Ballarat, Thursday 10th April from 12pm – 2pm.

The local Ballarat Community has had their chance to nominate a community member or hub that embodies the true spirit of Ballarat and deserves recognition.

One community hero and one community hub will each win a Raising the Bar Community Grant and walk away with a $10,000 grant from Optus to continue their incredible work, with a runner up in each category taking home $500 each!

This will be a moment to come together and honour those who make a lasting difference in our city.
