Rental vacancies increase in Ballarat

Rental vacancies in Ballarat have increased in June, according to new data from PropTrack.

Last month, the vacancy rate sat at 1.56 per cent, with a monthly change of 0.12 percentage points and an annual change of 0.48 percentage points.

Across regional Victoria, the vacancy rate improved slightly in June, up 0.03 percentage points to sit at 1.32 per cent.
