Emergency services have responded to a collision between a truck and a car this morning near Meredith.
The crash occurred on the Midland Highway at around 6:35am.
In a statement, Ambulance Victoria says one person has been taken by road to Geelong University Hospital, with Victoria Police adding no-one was seriously injured.

CFA crews also responded to another collision this morning near Bacchus Marsh.
Two units were called to an incident in Merrimu, just after 7:02am.
Police say no-one was injured.
