Locals will be given more access to public fertility care, with a new partner health service to open in Ballarat by the end of the year.
The sites will aim to make it easier for hopeful parents to access fertility services, including consultations, diagnostic tests and ultrasounds.
In a statement, Minister for Health, Mary-Anne Thomas, said the ability to start a family shouldn’t be limited by where you live.
