Two Olympic gold medalists and an Australian pop superstar will head to Ballarat next week, sharing stories about their mental health journey.
Hand in Hand will be hosting the ‘Let’s Talk About Mental Health’ event at the Regent Cinema, Monday night from 5pm.
The event will hear from guest speakers Guy Sebastian, Shayne Reese and Josh Hose, aiming to raise mental health awareness and promote understanding of youth mental health.
