Locals to save on ice skating as Winter Festival returns to Ballarat

Ice skating, a dark beer festival and concerts by candlelight are all highlights of this year’s Ballarat Winter Festival.

The festival’s official program was launched yesterday ahead of the three-week event, spanning from June 29th to July 21st.

2024 will mark the 10th anniversary of the ice-skating rink, which will be open for the entire festival, and Sovereign Hill’s Winter Wonderlights.

Ballarat Council have also made ice skating at the winter festival cheaper this year.

To save 15% off a ticket, you’ll need to spend at least $25 in a local hospitality or tourism venue and collect a discount code.
