The Ballarat West Employment Zone is growing, with the expansion of a local business at the site.
Stage one construction has begun for a new OzValue Ag Machinery facility, a member of Ballarat’s Findlay Engineering group of companies.
The new site will aim to build on the company’s growth through increasing workshop manufacturing and assembly capabilities and allowing for extra display space, with the facility set to completed by mid-2024.

Construction of a 5000-square metre engineering facility and office complex for Findlay Engineering is also due to be completed by the end of the year.
A workforce of over 90 full time employees is expected on site when both stages are complete.
