A Redan man has been charged following a series of upskirting incidents in both Ballarat and Melbourne.
Police allege the 39-year-old man filmed a number of victims at recreational facilities and retail businesses between New Years Day and last Friday.
They also allege the material was captured without the victim’s knowledge or consent.

Search warrants were conducted at a number of addresses in the Ballarat area on Friday, with police seizing electronic devices.
He’s been charged with two counts of producing an intimate image, two counts of possessing child abuse material, stalking and public nuisance.
He appeared before the Ballarat Magistrates Court today.
