Ballarat has seen another drop in home prices.
New data from PropTrack has recorded a 2.13 per cent decrease in prices over the last quarter, with a 5.50 per cent drop year-on-year.
The latest Home Price Index found regional Victoria was one of only four markets nationally to see home prices decline, down 0.21 per cent in September.

Regionally, prices are 2.88 per cent below the levels at the same time last year.
