Ballan has been named the second worst place to find a rental in regional Victoria.
New data from MCG Quantity Surveyors found out of 147 private rentals, only 2 were advertised last month in the 3342 postcode, which also incorporates Beremboke and Mount Wallace.
Buninyong was named the sixth worst rental area in regional Victoria, with only three rentals advertised last month out of 125.

The Moorabool area near Geelong was ranked the worst.
