Police are investigating another fatal crash in the Ballarat area.
It’s believed the female driver was travelling along Ballarat-Daylesford Road at Pootilla around 2am this morning, when they left the road and hit a tree.
The impact caused the car to roll a number of times before it caught on fire.

The yet-to-be-identified driver died at the scene.
The exact circumstances surrounding the crash are yet to be determined.
It comes just days after another fatal crash in Sulky.
