The Poppy Project is an Anzac Commemoration Project aimed to bring community inclusion and education around Anzac Day and the soldiers commemorated by the Avenue of Honour. 3,000 poppies will form an outdoor art installation in Coltman Plaza in Lucas.

The poppies have been painted by locals, including students from Alfredton Primary, Lucas Primary and Siena Catholic Primary School.
