The City of Ballarat says the city’s $7.5 million library redevelopment is almost complete.
It’s expected local contractor H. Troon will hand the building over to council next month, with minor flooring and painting the last of the works to be carried out.
It won’t be a quick reopening however, with 75,000 library resources to be put back into the Doveton Street facility.
