Around 800 Ballarat residents can expect a phone call in relation to the City of Ballarat starting from today.
Council’s annual satisfaction survey kicks off today and runs through February and March to collect feedback on the performance of services offered.
About 45% of people will be contacted via their mobile, the rest though household landlines.
Once results are in, they’ll be presented to councillors then to the public, however no dates have been given.
Independent survey provider JWS Research will conduct the survey, the second year it has done so.
The survey will ask respondents to specify their satisfaction in relation to services such as waste management and customer service, as well as overall performance and the direction of Council.
